We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at anik.atbp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of return postage for change of mind returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All care is taken on production and packing, however on the rare occasion an error may be made. If you receive an incorrect item or size, or if you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately at 

anik.atbp@gmail.com with your order number, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please ensure that you contact us on anik.atbp@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged goods.


Once the incorrect item is returned, subject to stock availability, we will send you the correct item. Should we no longer have the stock, we will process a refund or an exchange.

Your order will be packaged in certified home compostable postage bags which are fully biodegradable. 

For purchase of our products which are hand made to order, please allow for a production time as indicated on your product listing. Orders which include customised items will be shipped once the customised order is complete. If you have an urgent order, please contact us - we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.

​Once your order has been shipped, Anik-Anik Atbp does not accept any responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or any event out of our reasonable control or foresight. Safe drop is performed at the customers risk and Anik-Anik Atbp is not liable for parcels which are marked delivered with safe drop that go missing.

Delivery Timeframes

As an approximate guide, Australian deliveries will usually arrive within 2-3 days. Please allow for additional time if you are in a more remote location.

*Please note all delivery times are an estimate only and may on the odd occasion take longer to arrive, especially during busy holiday periods, so please allow at least 2-5 additional extra working days over known busy holiday periods.

If you require an urgent delivery, please contact us prior to purchase so that we can ensure your parcel gets to you as soon as possible.
